Iowa native, Caitlin Nicol-Thomas is a singer/songwriter, musician and actress based in Nashville, Tennessee since 2007. Besides being a long-time veteran of the Nashville honky tonks, she has toured the country and the world supporting artists such as Miranda Lambert, Brad Paisley, Don Williams, Blake Shelton and others. She has performed with members of the Cash family for the Johnny Cash Heritage Festival, performed at the legendary Ryman Auditorium as well as The Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Caitlin has played in Pam Tillis and Lorrie Morgan’s bands, has been selected for several performances in Dolly Parton's musical theater production "Smoky Mountain Christmas Carol", and has released recordings as a solo artist ("Troubled Times”, 2008) and also with her band TheThread (“I Believe In Love”, 2018 & ” House On Fire", 2020). She is currently recording her 4th release of original songs, “DERECHO”.

As an actress, Caitlin has appeared in both feature films, television series, and National Commercials. She played the role of Jessie in the television series "Nashville", and has appeared in several episodes of other television shows as well.

Caitlin has played the female lead or direct supporting role in four feature films so far, including "The Song” (2015), "Rose From The Dead" (2015), "Crazy All These Years" (2016), and "Beautifully Broken" (2018).
